NAPIT operate a comprehensive and rigorous Code of Practice for registered installers, who are assessed on a yearly basis to ensure they continue to work to the highest standards.

A job can be safe, comply with Regulations and still be done to a low standard, which is why NAPIT offer a Work Quality Guarantee scheme to give you peace of mind; details of which appear on the Compliance Certificate issued by NAPIT on behalf of our registered installers when the work has been completed. The Work Quality Guarantee Scheme covers notified works should the registered installer be unable to rectify the works because they are no longer in business.

Work Quality Guarantee for your peace of mind? All work that is completed under a written contract and is notified to NAPIT is covered by a Work Quality Guarantee. In the event that your tradesperson is no longer in business, NAPIT provides a warranty to ensure that your installation will comply with the appropriate industry standards for six-years from the date of completion.

Proven protection.

NAPIT issue you with a Certificate of Compliance for the work carried out on your property and NAPIT also update your Local Authority Building Control department, which will also help with the sale of your house, should you decide to move in the future.
